Important information
- To enter Machu Picchu, it is mandatory to carry the original physical document (passport or national ID) — the same one provided during booking.
- We recommend booking 3 months (low season) to 5 months (high season) in advance — tickets sell out, especially for Circuit 2.
- According to the Ministry of Culture, Machu Picchu tickets are final: no rescheduling, transfers, or refunds.
- At least 1 to 2 days of acclimatization in Cusco (3,400 m) before the itinerary is recommended.
- Train schedules are subject to availability and changes by the railway company.
- Booking policy: 50% deposit and 50% up to 15 days before the trip. Cancellation according to a progressive scale — please consult our team.
- The Rainbow Mountain (~5,000 m) and Humantay (~4,200 m) days require high-altitude hiking — they are placed at the end of the itinerary, when you are already acclimatized.
The most complete package — book in advance.
Because it combines Machu Picchu, the train, and 7 nights of hotel, the Legendary package depends on limited availability, especially in high season.
Our team checks official availability and adjusts the itinerary to your travel dates.
