Important information
- To enter Machu Picchu, it is mandatory to carry your original physical ID (passport or national ID) — the same one provided at booking.
- We recommend booking 3 months (low season) to 5 months (high season) in advance — tickets sell out quickly, especially Circuit 2.
- According to the Ministry of Culture, Machu Picchu tickets are final: no rescheduling, transfers, or refunds are allowed.
- At least 1 to 2 days of acclimatization in Cusco (3,400 m) before the tour is highly recommended.
- Train schedules are subject to availability and changes by the railway company.
- Booking policy: 50% deposit and the remaining 50% up to 15 days before the trip. Cancellations follow a progressive scale — please consult our team.
- Rainbow Mountain reaches ~5,000 m and is scheduled for the 6th day, when you are already well acclimatized.
